Baptism of Children ~ Baptismal Application Form
Celebrated the second Sunday of the month at 1:00pm. Contact Susan Klunder to arrange date and to arrange pre-baptismal course at least two months before preferred date.
Baptism of Adults ~ RCIA Initial Information Sheet
A period of preparation is neccessary and it is imperative that individuals complete the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA). Please see Father Jim for more information.
Marriage
Kindly contact the parish office at least six months prior to desired date of marriage. Preparation course is essential.
